Complex Trauma
Complex trauma refers to prolonged and repeated exposure to traumatic events. In most cases, it begins in childhood or adolescence and is invasive and interpersonal. It can have profound effects on a person's development, leading to difficulties in regulating emotions, coping with everyday life, forming relationships, and maintaining a sense of safety. Some individuals may believe they are broken and worthless and experience chronic feelings of helplessness and loneliness. If unable to escape the situation, they learn strategies to escape mentally.

Therapy can be highly beneficial in treating trauma by providing a safe space for individuals to explore and process their experiences, develop emotional regularity, and rebuild a sense of self-worth and resilience. Individuals can learn to understand and manage their reactions to triggers, heal from past wounds, regain their sense of self and identity, and ultimately move towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Immigration Evaluations
An Immigration Evaluation is a clinical assessment that could increase your chances of your case approval by providing historical and current information about your individual situation and its impact on the family.
This evaluation is provided by a licensed mental health professional to individuals undergoing an immigration proceeding. It is a thorough and objective assessment in which the evaluator considers multiple areas, including, but not limited to, mental health issues, medical problems, finances, social and moral support, legal history, and education. Various evidence-based assessment tools are utilized as part of the evaluation.
It gives you confidence that you're on the right path to starting a new life or gaining a sense of freedom and better opportunities.
